Terms of Use
These terms apply when you visit welcome.punctualgroup.app (the marketing/landing site) or submit the waitlist form. By using the site you accept these terms.
Full Terms of Service covering the Punctual app — including subscription, billing, time records, and worker accounts — will be a separate document published before the app launches.
Who we are
Punctual is operated by Kevin Li, trading as Punctual.
- Registered business: NSW, Australia
- ABN: TBD (registration in progress)
- Contact:

What’s currently offered
A waitlist signup. Submitting your email tells us you’re interested in early access to the Punctual app when it launches. The app does not exist yet.
This site also publishes:
- Information about what the app will do
- A founder profile
- Compliance and policy documents
- A booking link to schedule a 20-minute call with the founder
No promises about the future app
This is the important bit. By submitting your email, you understand that:
- We have not committed to a launch date
- We have not committed to a final feature set
- Pricing shown in our Pricing section — Starter A$29/month, Pro A$59/month, a 30-day free trial of Pro features, and a Founding Member offer for the first 30 paying businesses (40% off the selected plan, locked as a percentage) — is our intended structure for launch. We may still adjust prices, included worker counts, plan inclusions, or the Founding Member offer before launch. A subscription only begins once the app launches and you actively select and pay for a plan; submitting the waitlist form does not create a paid subscription
- We may pivot, delay, or cancel the project at any time
- We may invite some waitlist members to early access and not others (we’ll explain the criteria when we do)
If the project is cancelled, we’ll email everyone on the waitlist within 30 days and delete the list.

Acceptable use
This site is for browsing, learning about Punctual, and submitting the waitlist form. Anything else — including but not limited to scraping for re-publication, automated probing, exploitation of any kind — is not acceptable.

You can stop using the site or unsubscribe from updates at any time. We can refuse service if you abuse the site.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any reliance on information published here.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
