Our obligations

Acceptable use

This site is for browsing, learning about Punctual, and submitting the waitlist form. Anything else — including but not limited to scraping for re-publication, automated probing, exploitation of any kind — is not acceptable.

We use rate limiting, a honeypot, and time-to-submit gates to detect abuse. If we detect it, we may block your IP, your email, or both.

Termination

You can stop using the site or unsubscribe from updates at any time. We can refuse service if you abuse the site.

Intellectual property

Content on this site, including copy, layout, code, and brand marks, is copyright Punctual or used under licence. The Punctual word mark is a trademark in use; trademark registration is pending.

Open-source dependencies are licensed under their respective licences (see package.json and package-lock.json in the public source repository when published).

Liability

This is a waitlist. We make no warranty that the future app will exist, work, be available in your jurisdiction, or meet any specific need.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any reliance on information published here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be heard in the courts of NSW.

Changes

We’ll update the “Updated” date at the top whenever this changes. Material changes affecting the waitlist will be communicated by email.
